15.1 INTRODUCTION

Much of the information in this chapter was gathered from judges and staffs in early 2002. Obviously, to the extent that the information contained herein is based on personal or local policies, it may change. It may well be necessary to check to ensure that the policies described herein remain in effect. Hopefully, this chapter can be augmented and supplemented as more information becomes available or when policy and procedural changes occur.
