FTC guidance regarding FTC's current view of the types of environmental claims the agency may find deceptive under Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act. 15 U.S.C. §45. i.e. claims such as "green," "eco-friendly," "free of," "degradable," etc. This program covers the new guidance.
