Background: I began the practice of law at one of the nation’s leading pure trial firms. For the first ten years, my practice encompassed a broad range of commercial litigation including securities, contract, oil and gas, real estate, antitrust, intellectual property/technology, personal injury and medical malpractice, environmental, class action, and business torts. I have litigated in state and federal courtrooms across the United States. I also am well versed in corporate and business law relating to corporate finance transactions (public and private), corporate control transactions and contests, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, banking transactions, real estate transactions and general corporate matters. For the past twenty-two years, I have practiced exclusively in the field of domestic relations law. I have four children. I am licensed to practice in Colorado, California and Texas.

Training: 40 hour CBA mediation course with Judy Mares-Dixon; 8 hour PC/DM training; 8 hour GAL training; 40 hour CBA CFI training; extensive CLE training in areas of Domestic violence, child development/neurobiology, mental health and addiction
