Lyons Elevating All Fund (LEAF)

LEAF offers resources to grow health and wellbeing in the Greater Lyons area. Our services include the Lyons Community Food Pantry, Lyons Meals On Wheels, Basic Needs & Resource Matching, Mental Wellness & Addiction Recovery and Lyons Volunteers. Together we are cultivating hope for our community and residents. 

Court Resource Center

We provide information on court process and procedure for civil case types without providing legal advice. We direct people to forms and other local resources

SPAN is a human rights organization committed to ending violence against adults, youth and children through support, advocacy, education and community organizing. We offer a 24-7 crisis line, crisis intervention, emergency shelter, legal advocacy, counseling services, and education. All our services are client-directed, trauma-informed, free and confidential.

Boulder County District Attorney - Community Protection Division

The Boulder County District Attorney Community Protection Division aims to engage community members in education and outreach to help prevent crime and to resolve consumer complaints.

The Mediation Circle 

TMC is a non profit organization that provides accessible, trauma informed mediation to help individuals, family, schools, and communities resolve conflicts constructively. TMC combines professional mediation with emotional intelligence skill building and NLP-based coaching to support constructive communication and lasting, relationship-centered resolutions.

Family resource center. Provides financial assistance (rent, utilities, other) and also has a food bank and offers warm meals (breakfast and lunch) for families and individuals residing in the St Vrain Valley school district. OUR Center also can connect or refer families and individuals to other resources and partner agencies in the community.

Boulder County Housing works to provide safe, below-market-rate, and sustainable housing solutions for individuals and families in need throughout Boulder County.

Longmont Food Rescue’s mission is to build a more equitable food system and reduce food waste in Longmont by redistributing nutritious, perishable or soon-to-expire food directly to community members experiencing food insecurity. We bring food to low-income residential sites, senior housing and centers, youth centers, homeless outreach programs, and other community hubs providing social services, in addition to our free weekly public food distributions. We also operate Longmont Community Fridges, which provide the first 24/7 free food access in Longmont.

JFS Boulder believes in strengthening the community by providing vital services to people in need. Every day, we help people overcome difficult life challenges to reach their full potential.

We at the Immigrant Legal Center of Boulder County have the mission to expand access to reliable legal services for the immigrant community, to educate the immigrant population about U.S. Law and to educate the general public about legal difficulties encountered by immigrants in this country.

The Boulder County Area Agency on Aging delivers, funds, and advocates for services that promote well-being, independence, and dignity for older adults, people living with disabilities, caregivers, and Veterans in Boulder County. We provide information, referral, and options counseling to those age 60 and over, those who provide care for them, Medicare beneficiaries, Veterans, and anyone 18 or older who lives with a disability or in a long-term care facility.

El Comité is a social justice and human service organization that supports, educates, connects, and advocates to eliminate barriers and empower Latino and immigrant community members.
