Our panelists will offer tips on all facets of the jury trial process including preparation, jury selection, opening statements, evidence presentation and objections, closing argument, and jury instructions. The judges will also offer their unique insights about what juries and judges do and do not like, and potential pointers and pitfalls for all practitioners.
