This Home Study covers the best practices for replacing vital records when starting from scratch as an individual and as legal representative. Records include state IDs, birth certificates, passports, Social Security cards, and other vital documents. 

This CLE is presented by Casey Sherman. Casey Sherman is the supervising attorney of the ID Project at Colorado Legal Services. She has been doing ID work for four years, and working as a legal aid attorney for seven years. She is licensed in Colorado and Arkansas. The ID Project is a special project at Colorado Legal Services that assists low-income and senior Coloradans with obtaining identity credentials and resolving complex identity issues.
