This presentation will highlight a few common IP hazards and pitfalls faced by corporate clients relating to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents. Recent case law in this area is a mix of good news and bad news with respect to addressing these pitfalls. This presentation will be relevant to in-house counsel as well as attorneys in private practice who assist corporate clients with IP matters.
Aaron Brodsky is a registered patent attorney and is currently Chief IP Counsel at Trimble Inc. He has been practicing IP law in the Boulder area for over 20 years. Aaron's prior in-house practice has included positions in the corporate legal departments of Sun Microsystems and Oracle.
