Join us on Wednesday, April 19, for the Family Law CLE presentation The Triple Threat:  Sex Assault on a Child, Custody Fight, and Dependency and Neglect, presented by John Pineau.

John Kenneth Pineau has been handling sex assault on a child charges for 29 years.  They present one of the most difficult trials in the law; and, when combined with a custody fight, and a dependency and neglect case, the challenge can be overwhelming.  John has interviewed more than fifteen specialist in this area and will present both the dangerous pitfalls and hidden opportunities presented by this perilous mix of litigation.
