BCBA Webinar: On Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act

Please join us for the CLE presentation On Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act on Tuesday, June 13. Laura B. Wolf of Spark Justice Law LLC will be presenting.

Laura will be presenting on Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, which went into effect on January 1, 2021, as well as the amendments to the bill that were passed in May 2023 and which are currently awaiting the Governor’s signature.  Laura will detail both the posting requirements of the bill as well as the ways in which the bill substantially expands on the federal Equal Pay Act in an effort to close the wage gap for all women, including the most marginalized women.
