Please join us for a live CLE webinar Corporate Governance for ADR Professionals presented by Andrew Shoemaker of Shoemaker Ghiselli + Schwartz LLC will be presenting on the differences between various business entities such as corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.  The presentation will include a discussion of the specific types of governance documents and the sections of the Colorado Revised Statutes that guide how different business entities are expected to operate, as well as what rights and duties partners, members, shareholders, managers and/or directors may have.  Mediators and arbitrators without a background in corporate transactional law will find this information useful in understanding and helping parties to resolve conflict where the operation or ownership of a business is involved.
