Please join us for a live CLE webinar on the Tax / Estate Planning topic Fall 2024 Trust & Estate Case Law and Legislative Update, presented by Scott Challinor of Conover Law.
Scott will present a detailed update on recent case law and legislation relevant to the trust & estate practice area. Topics covered will include: inter vivos gifts of vehicles; interpreting precatory language in a trust; post-trial motions and magistrates; terminating revocable trusts during lifetime; settlement agreements and expectancy interests; and UTMA accounts. Additionally, an update regarding relevant legislation from the 2024 legislative session will be provided, including the Uniform Guardianship, Conservatorship, and Other Protective Arrangements Act, which is anticipated to make a comeback in 2025.
