Please save the date for a Probate Section Bench Bar Lunch on Thursday, November 14, at 12:00 PM. It will be a brown bag lunch at the Boulder County Justice Center in the Jury Assembly Room. Hon. J. Chris Larson will present on a variety of legal topics, including: the use of newly published JDF probate forms, updates on preferences of the court and staff on probate filings, discussion from the bar regarding questions related to the probate process and court procedures.
This will be a wonderful opportunity for the probate bar to interact with the court staff and judges assigned to the probate docket in Boulder County. The Court has graciously asked for feedback from practitioners and offered to answer general questions. This is a bring-your-own-lunch event.
