Description: Thirty-five years after the ADA reshaped the country’s approach to disability rights, the legal landscape continues to evolve through new interpretations, complementary federal statutes, and state-level developments. This program examines how the ADA and other federal disability rights laws work today, as well as the recent amendments to the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act and what these changes mean for attorneys and advocates. Participants will leave with an up-to-date understanding of the laws that define disability rights in 2025.
