Please join us on Monday, April 6 for a Family Law Section CLE Webinar: Child Abuse in Boulder County: Systems, Resources, and Implications for Custody and Parenting Time

Blue Sky Bridge, Boulder County’s Child Advocacy Center, in conjunction with Laura Kinde of Grimaldi and Kinde PLLC, will present a webinar designed to strengthen professional understanding of child abuse and the systems that respond to it. This session will explore the five primary categories of abuse, outline what happens after a report is made, and highlight the resources and supports available to caregivers.

The program will also address key considerations for professionals working with children and their caregivers, including trauma‑informed communication and the implications for custody and visitation when there is an abuse allegation. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of how to recognize concerns, respond appropriately, and connect families with meaningful support in Boulder County.
