Please join us on Friday, October 16 for a Family Law Section CLE Webinar: Building Your DV Case, Managing Client Expectations, and Assessing Client Risk and Safety: Working Through DV in Family Law Cases Intersecting With Criminal Law

Through scenarios, attorneys will learn how to properly advise their clients with domestic violence allegations in a domestic relations case. Attorneys will be provided checklists to utilize with their clients, learn how to advise clients on how to safely collect evidence, prepare for parenting investigations, and how to safely plan with clients within their circumstances. This CLE program will build on the Domestic Violence: Community Program presentation presented for Boulder County Bar Association Family Law Section in October 2025, specifically ensuring the legal community is properly advising clients when it comes to domestic violence allegations against survivors and abusers.
